Request for Proposals for Study on Vulnerability to Trafficking in Persons and Child Marriage in Bangladesh RFP No.: 030 Winrock International (Winrock) has been implementing the Fighting Slavery and Trafficking in Persons (FSTIP) Project in Bangladesh since July 2021. FSTIP is funded by the United States Agency for International Development. FSTIP is a five-year project which works in 25 districts in Bangladesh to reduce vulnerability to trafficking in persons and child marriage by: Prosecution: Enhancing the systems, capacity, and sustainability of justice sectors and institutions Prevention: Enhancing public awareness of human trafficking and child marriage and their dangers, and preventing human rights violations Protection: Improving and expanding the identification and assistance to trafficked persons The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from firms or independent consultant teams that are interested in conducting a mid-term assessment for the FSTIP project. The objective of this mid-term study is to assess progress towards key project outcomes and impact indicators to understand the project’s progress towards the project goals, which is to reduce vulnerability to trafficking in persons and child marriage. This baseline study will be a follow up to the FSTIP project baseline study conducted in 2021. Proposals must be received by no later than October 10, 2023.
