Forte de ses 173 Etats Membres auxquels viennent s'ajouter 8 autres Etats ayant le statut d'observateur, et disposant de bureaux dans plus de 100 pays, elle opรจre รฉtroitement avec ses partenaires gouvernementaux, intergouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux afin de gรฉrer les migrations dans un bon ordre et dans des conditions prรฉservant la dignitรฉ humaine, promouvoir la coopรฉration internationale sur la scรจne migratoire, faciliter la recherche de solutions pratiques aux problรจmes migratoires et offrir une assistance humanitaire aux migrants dans le besoin, y compris les rรฉfugiรฉs et les dรฉplacรฉs internes. Depuis le mois de septembre 2016, lโ€™OIM est devenue lโ€™organisme des Nations Unies chargรฉ des migrations. Lโ€™OIM est prรฉsente en Mauritanie depuis 2006.

Le/Lโ€™ Achat et logistique Clerc sera basรฉ(e) ร  Nouakchott et travaillera sous la supervision directe du Senior Procurement & Logitics Assistant ร  Nouakchott et du chargรฉ de la logistique ร  Nouakchott et sous la supervision globale du du Gestionnaire des Ressources. La personne retenue devra assumer les tรขches spรฉcifiques suivantes :ย 

  1. Assister au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'Unitรฉ Achat et Logistique ;
  2. Assister dans lโ€™Organisation logistique des activitรฉs de lโ€™OIM;
  3. Assister ร  la prรฉparation des voyages officiels (ordre de mission, visa de sรฉcuritรฉ, transport, visa, rรฉservation dโ€™hรดtelโ€ฆ);
  4. Assister dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs ; (Demande de devis, Bon de commande, suivi des factures, livraisons,โ€ฆ);
  5. Vรฉrifier les demandes dโ€™opรฉrations et le suivi des autorisations de ces demandes ;
  6. Assister aux entrรฉes des bon de commande et des factures dans le ยซ WAVE ยป : Systรจme de Gestion Intรฉgrรฉ de lโ€™OIM, basรฉe sur le progiciel ORACLE ;
  7. Assister dans la prรฉparation de la clรดture comptable mensuelle;
  8. Assister dans la Prรฉparation de lโ€™inventaire du stock et des acquisitions;
  9. Toute autre tรขche demandรฉe par le/les superviseurs directs. Education
