Work LocationGeneva Expected durationUntil 31.12.2026 Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position is located in the Staff Counsellors Office (SCO), Human Resources Management Service, Division of Administration, United Nations Office at Geneva. Supervision in the counselling context ensures good quality of care, maintains competent practice and supports the counsellorsโ€™ responsibilities towards the client. It is mandatory for psychosocial practitioners. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Certificate in professional supervision is required. A minimum of 15 years of experience in counselling psychology or related field is required. Experience working within the United Nations Secretariat is desirable. LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
