The Communication Technical Officer will support the work of NRC Ukraineโs Country Office in theย
implementation of NRCโs internal and external communication initiatives. In particular, they willย
support the collecting, drafting, and editing of communication materials, and ensuring the day-to-dayย
implementation of the communications function in the Country Office.

What you will do:
Generic responsibilities:
Support the implementation of NRC Ukraineโs Communications plan. Undertake regular travel to NRC program locations to gather content relating to NRCยprograms, and support program staff with communications-related activities. Support programs teams and partners with the development of visibility materials, ensuringย
these are developed in compliance with NRC and donor guidelines.ย Lead the development and management of NRC Ukraineโs social media outputs. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the communication function. Any other duties that will be assigned by Advocacy Manager and the Communicationย
coordinator. Compliance and adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures.
Specific responsibilitiesย
Visit NRC field sites to collect communications materials for internal and external use andยsupport NRCโs programs and partners in content gathering and other communicationsย
activities. Collect and upload quality photos, video, social media content and other materials for use inย
traditional and social media. Work efficiently with programs teams and partners to develop visibility materials and otherย
communications products that comply with NRC and donor guidelines. Support the drafting and developing of recurrent communications products, infographics orย
other visual materials as required.ย Collect and draft materials for writing media and web stories profiling the humanitarianย
situation in areas of operations. Other tasks as requested by the Advocacy Manager and the Communication coordinator.ย
