Objetivos de la Consultor铆a
Desarrollar, coordinar, implementar y monitorear las acciones de una estrategia de gesti贸n financiera de riesgo en Cuba con apoyo de PMA.
Actividades a ser desarrolladas:
En coordinaci贸n con ESEN en el perfeccionamiento del producto Seguro+Resiliente en apoyo a los sistemas alimentarios, la capacitaci贸n en su uso a beneficiarios y funcionarios de ESEN y el monitoreo de los indicadores de este producto, en los proyectos de PMA. Trabajar con ESEN en el seguimiento a las mujeres entrenadas como agentes de seguros, y continuar el monitoreo de los indicadores y desarrollando esta iniciativa. Trabajar con ESEN para el desarrollo de una propuesta de proyecto para desarrollo de seguros param茅trico y la b煤squeda de financiamiento que lo respalde. Impulsar y apoyar la constituci贸n del equipo nacional de gesti贸n financiera de riesgo con las instituciones cubanas relevantes, su capacitaci贸n y el desarrollo de una estrategia financiera de riesgo, incluyendo desarrollo de propuestas de macro y meso seguros alineadas con las pol铆ticas nacionales de reducci贸n de riesgos de desastres. Asesorar en la elaboraci贸n de las propuestas estrat茅gicas que contribuyan a la financiaci贸n de las actividades de esta area. Coordinar con otras 谩reas de PMA la integraci贸n de las actividades, sobre todo con el 谩rea de Preparaci贸n y Respuesta a Emergencias, as铆 como con Protecci贸n Social, adem谩s de Sistemas Alimentarios. Sistematizar los procesos y resultados y contribuir a su divulgaci贸n. Elaborar cualquier otro documento, informe y/o recomendaciones que sea requerido.
Competencies required: S贸lidos y amplios conocimientos de gesti贸n financiera de riesgos. Conocimiento del sistema de seguros en Cuba. Buen conocimiento del enfoque de sistemas alimentarios, incluyendo temas de planificaci贸n, administraci贸n y gesti贸n.
Minimum Qualifications
Educaci贸n:
Graduado universitario en finazas, econom铆a, y/o similares disciplinas relevantes.
Experience:
Cinco a帽os de graduado con experiencia profesional en seguros y gesti贸n financiera de riesgos. Esta experiencia debe haber sido adquirida total o mayoritariamente en Cuba.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills: Experiencia en el uso de MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint y otros software del PMA; conocimiento de las reglas y regulaciones administrativas de PMA, y las pol铆ticas y procedimientos del PMA para el 谩rea de trabajo. Conocimientos comprobados sobre el uso del teclado y mecanograf铆a.
Conocimientos:
S贸lidos y amplios conocimientos de an谩lisis del financieros y seguros.. Conocimientos avanzados de inform谩tica, incluyendo al menos las habilidades intermedias en procesamiento de textos basado en word, hojas de c谩lculo y bases de datos. Conocimiento pr谩ctico de las estad铆sticas b谩sicas. Un buen conocimiento del sistema de seguros cubano en todas sus facetas, incluyendo su administraci贸n y gesti贸n.
Idioma: Conocimiento pr谩ctico (Competencia / nivel C) y fluidez en el lenguaje oral y escrito del espa帽ol. Conocimiento b谩sico de Ingles.
