Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and theย Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline)ย and the direct supervision of theย Project Support Officer (NFI Reporting), the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the SNFI unit's external partnerships, including coordinating vendor contracts, Common Pipeline partner activities and capacity building. Additionally, they will support the selection and contracting of Implementing Partners. The role also involves capacity building and outreach to partners, requiring an approach that prioritizes partner development while facilitating strict adherence to established policies and guidelines.
- Serve as the SNFI unit's focal point for overall coordination of external partnership agreements (including implementing partner agreements, Common Pipeline partner MoUs, and vendor agreements). Consult with external partners on all project-related activities and reports, while complying with IOMโs regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain a database of all SNFI partner and vendor agreements, annexes, amendments, agreement renewals, notes for file, contract extensions and other reports. Maintain all documentation meticulously archived and up-to-date.
- Coordinate Common Pipeline partner activities and reports, while facilitating satisfactory performance per standards established within MoUs and/or IP agreements.ย
- Maintain a Common Pipeline partner database and verify that all documentation related to pipeline releases and reports are complete and updated. Verify that all pipeline requests, assessment reports, distribution reports, waybills and packing lists, PRFs, POs and any other relevant documents are complete, legible and meticulously organized on the SNFI SharePoint.ย
- Support SNFI Project Officers in the implementing partner selection process, by, inter alia, drafting tender procedure documents, coordinating partner EoIs, contributing to the establishment of selection criteria, supporting the verification of application documents, and participating in the meetings of IOM Ukraine implementing partners selection committee (IPSC).
- Support SNFI Project Officers and other relevant colleagues in coordinating financial approvals for payments due to partners. Tracks payment schedules and communicate with relevant colleagues regarding progress and/or delays.
- Support and contribute to the organization of regular capacity building sessions and/or workshops that train partners on humanitarian principles, IOM policies, standards, and established best practices.
- Produce quality regular updates on partner distribution progress updates, partner performance evaluations and/or any other required information related to the unit's coordination with partners.
- Conduct field visits to monitor the work of implementing and Common Pipeline partners, verifying compliance and providing on-the-ground support and guidance.

- High school diploma withย sัx years of professional work experience; orย
- Bachelorโs degree in Social Sciences or any other relevant field from an accredited academic institution, with at least four years of professional work experience.ย Experience
- Experience working in post-conflict/emergency zones and in high-risk environment.ย
- Experience in humanitarian response or related field (coordination, workshop facilitators experience preferred)
- Experience in SNFI and Common Pipeline programming in emergency humanitarian response is an advantage.ย
- Experience in emergency, coordination, capacity building activities, and project management including project monitoring, distribution, field assessment, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience in liaison with different stakeholders including non-governmental organizations, international organization; local authorities.
- Experience in coordination activities of implementing partners in humanitarian sector is a must.
- Experience in NFI Common Pipeline programming in emergency humanitarian response is an advantage.
- Experience in emergency, project implementation and management including project monitoring, distribution, field assessment, monitoring and reporting. Skills
