In this full-time, permanent role, as Gift in Wills Program Specialist, youโll play a pivotal role in delivering our Gifts in Wills strategy and campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting to the Gifts in Wills Program Manager, youโll be at the heart of building and nurturing relationships in the Gifts in Wills pipeline, that inspire our supporters to leave a meaningful legacy that lives on for generations. Youโll ideally be based in Melbourne (though other Australian locations will be considered) and will work predominantly from home.
This role combines strategic campaign delivery with hands-on supporter engagement. Youโll implement multi-channel marketing activities, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and provide exceptional donor care. Your experience in direct marketing, data analysis, and relationship management will continue to grow our program and deepen the trust and confidence of our supporters.
You will make a difference by:
Assist the Gifts in Wills Program Manager to deliver strategic campaigns across digital and offline channels to acquire, steward, and convert Gifts in Wills supporters. Coordinate telemarketing campaigns, including scripting, agency management, data preparation, and monitoring performance for acquisition and conversion. Implement stewardship strategies that provide meaningful touchpoints and deepen supporter engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to create compelling content and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery. Analyse campaign performance and supporter data to identify trends, optimise segmentation, and improve conversion rates. Maintain the integrity of the Gifts in Wills pipeline, ensuring accurate data management and moves tracking.A place to feel valued:

This role requires:
Proven experience in direct marketing campaigns across print, digital, surveys, and telemarketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated ability in data analysis, reporting, and applying insights to improve outcomes. Knowledge of large databases and adherence to data management policies. Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills. Warm and professional phone manner, with experience in meaningful supporter conversations. Experience in donor stewardship and relationship management, including tailored journeys and multi-channel engagement.A place to belong:
