NRC is looking for a Grants and Partnerships Coordinator to join the Myanmar mission. The position is a member of the Consortium Management Unit as well as the Grants and Partnerships Unit andย provides essential grant management support in delivering quality programmes in line with both Unitsโ strategies.ย ย The role holder will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely grants and partnerships processes. ย

What you will do
Partner Supportย (Technical support and guidance to consortium partners; building relationships with partners; and continuous improvement of project cycle management tools, systems, and capacity building). Donor Rules & Regulations (Technical support, training, and capacity building; and ensuring grant documentation is ready and available). Risk Management (Due diligence relating to grant agreements and partnerships, including review of donor contracts). Partnershipsย (Building and strengthening networks, cooperations, and implementing partnerships; and continuous improvement of partnership tools, systems, and capacity building). Grants and/or partnershipsย experience in a humanitarian/recovery context. Humanitarian donorsโย exposure. Donor rules and regulations expertise. Project cycle management, and report and proposal development writing expertise. Englishย fluency, both written and verbal.What makes this position attractive?

Yangon, Myanmar duty station, subject to receiving appropriate documentation. Currently, international visas and work permits are subject to considerable delays. The successful candidate will be expected to work from home/remotely for extended periods of time. 9-monthย contract duration. 30% travel, approximately. Grade 7ย in NRCโs International Salary Scale, with accompanying terms and conditions. NRC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
