Individual Contractor to develop data platform

Result of ServiceOHRLLS data platform for better evidence-based policymaking. Work LocationRemote Expected duration9 months Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the overall guidance of the Director and Chief of Economic Affairs, as well as the direct technical supervision of the Statistician, the Individual contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Design & Planning: define project requirements, create wireframes, and set up automation tools 2. Management Portal: develop a functional internal portal for data management and visualization 3. Public Portal: build a public-facing platform with interactive dashboards and real-time data 4. Mobile App: prototype a mobile version focusing on core public portal features and offline use 5. Launch, Integration & Training: integrate systems, conduct testing, ensure data governance, and train users Any activities assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications/special skillsAdvanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, data science, data engineering or related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing data management system for the web and mobile devices is required. Developing online dashboard application and experience in SQL is required. LanguagesFluency in English language is required. Additional InformationNot available.
