Result of ServiceThe Consultant assistance will help to migrate ASYCUDA NCTS Version 6 components to new digital platform Work LocationHome based Expected duration01/09/25 - 31/12/25 Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the project officer of UNCTAD / DTL / ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the incumber will implement the following duties : - Development of components of ASYCUDA NCTS 6 system - Enhancement of transit Guarantees functionalities - Continuing the customization of NCTS 6 system - Technical finetuning of NCTS 6 based on users feedback logical controls Qualifications/special skillsFirst university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, engineering, mathematics or related area is required. At least 2 years of working experience in ICT sector as a developer of software applications is required. Knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming language is required. Knowledge of database information system will be considered is desirable. LanguagesFluency written and spoken in English is required. Knowledge of Russian is desirable Additional InformationNot available.
