Purpose of the Job

Lead implementation and quality control of PB/EcRec activities. Supervise and guide field teams, ensuring conflict-sensitive, community-based programming. Organize peace dialogues, workshops, and conflict sensitivity training. Conduct needs assessments and monitoring & evaluation in coordination with MEAL. Ensure timely and accurate reporting; improve reporting tools and staff capacity. Line-manage project staff, conducting appraisals and building team capacity. Liaise with partners, authorities, and civil society for smooth operations. Support project design, proposal writing, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring.

Qualifications:

South Sudanese national with 3+ years of humanitarian experience. Background in peacebuilding, conflict sensitivity, and community engagement. Skilled in assessments, FGDs, surveys, and facilitating workshops. Strong team player with administrative, organizational, and cultural adaptability. Willing to travel and work in Wau and Jur River Counties.

Desirable:

Experience in project cycle management, safety, and field operations. Prior work in target locations and strong contextual understanding. Strong facilitation, negotiation, training, and financial management skills.
