DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
LโAssistant(e) People & Culture apporte une assistance de qualitรฉ dans la gestion administrative du personnel et dans lโapplication des procรฉdures ressources humaines de FHI360 Sรฉnรฉgal. Ce poste consiste ร tenir ร jour les dossiers du personnel, ร soutenir le recrutement et l'intรฉgration, ร coordonner la logistique des formations et ร participer ร la gestion de la paie et des avantages sociaux. L'Assistant(e) People & Culture garantit un service client auprรจs du personnel et contribue au respect des politiques et procรฉdures RH ainsi que de la rรฉglementation du travail locale.
RESPONSABILITES
- Fournir un soutien aux employรฉs et au personnel des ressources humaines dans plusieurs domaines fonctionnels, notamment le recrutement, les relations avec les employรฉs, l'administration des avantages sociaux, la rรฉmunรฉration, la paie, le SIRH, la formation et le dรฉveloppement.
- Tenir ร jour les dossiers physiques et รฉlectroniques des employรฉs dans le SIRH.
- Saisir les donnรฉes personnelles des employรฉs dans la base de donnรฉes du systรจme d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH) et gรฉnรจre des rapports RH.
- Servir de premier point de contact pour les employรฉs ayant des questions relatives ร leurs informations personnelles.
- Traiter divers formulaires liรฉs ร la documentation des activitรฉs humaines telles que les embauches, les changements de statut, les รฉvaluations de performance, les avantages, cessations d'emploi, etc.
- Organiser des sรฉances d'orientation pour les nouveaux employรฉs et, le cas รฉchรฉant, s'occuper ou servir de support pour les employรฉs.
- Coordonner les entretiens et peut fournir des mises ร jour aux fichiers du systรจme de recrutement.
- Effectuer d'autres tรขches assignรฉes.
ETUDES/EXPERIENCES
- BAC+4 en Ressources Humaines ou Sciences sociales ou Gestion Administrative ou domaine connexe.
- 1 ร 3 ans d'expรฉrience dans la fourniture d'un soutien administratif de staff.
- Bonne connaissance du code du travail Sรฉnรฉgalais.
- Expรฉrience professionnelle antรฉrieure dans une organisation non gouvernementale internationale (ONGI) financรฉe par le Gouvernement Amรฉricain prรฉfรฉrรฉe.
- Bonnes compรฉtences en communication et en rรฉdaction de rapports
- Maรฎtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) et des systรจmes SIRH/Paie.
- Doit maรฎtriser le franรงais et avoir un bon niveau d'anglais.
