The Opportunity

Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Officer to join our team in implementing a three-year project focused on driving economic empowerment and employability for marginalized young women and people with disabilities in the Philippines.

As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Capacity Building: Training, coordinating, and organizing community stakeholders to access decent livelihoods.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitating situational analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (SAPIME) in the context of Gender Equality and Inclusion, Safeguarding, Protection from Violence, Inclusive Quality Education, Green Vocation, and Skilling.
  • Data Management: Gathering and updating community and youth profiles.
  • Market Assessment: Coordinating and supporting community and market assessments.
  • Skills Training: Facilitating effective skills training for youth, aligning with market and community needs.
  • Partnerships: Supporting local government units and partner private agencies through policy formulation and community campaigns.
  • Community Strengthening: Facilitating training and coaching of community-based organizations.
