    DURATION: 11 months (90 working days)

    BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

    The Digital Solutions Delivery Branch (TECD) is seeking to fill the position of a Specialist for Human Capital Management (HCM) and non-for-profit Payroll (NPO) projects with knowledge, expertise and experience in SAP Human Resource for Non-Profit Organization (PA, OM, TM, PY) focusing primarily on the integration between SAP HR and Workday/HCM.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Reporting to the Chief, TECD, and under the guidance of the Project Manager of the HCM project, the Specialist will be a key team member in the HCM project and in all the ongoing and up-coming other HR initiatives. He/she will be responsible for liaising with Stakeholders to discuss, collect and document requirements and implement IT solutions which meet their needs and achieve the highest quality in terms of technical usability, user acceptability, and domain suitability.

    The incumbent will support the TEC Project Manager during the initiation, design, development and testing phases of all HR projects as part of the project team.
