The incumbent of this post: 1.Supervisor: The incumbent reports to the assigned Associate Administrative Officer. 2.Supervisees: NA ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent: 1. Receives incoming supplies, monitors loading and off-loading, and ensures proper staking, labelling, and storage in allocated spaces. Inspects the received supplies and goods for quality and quantity. 2. Maintains up to date ERP store records, ensuring real-time tracking of inventory levels and movements and the inspection results data with any discrepancies in compliance with warehouse guidelines. 3. Issues stock and inventory items through the ERP system against properly authorized and coded supply documents and maintains proper documentation thereof. 4. Optimizes the use of storage space and ensures the full compliance with the agency standards of safety, hygiene, and security inside the storage areas to prevent accidents and injuries. 5. Implements and maintains efficient inventory management practices, including stock taking, cycle counting and stock reconciliation, to minimize losses and ensure accountability. 6. Assists in the preparation of reports on inventory status, stock levels, and supply chain performance as required. 7. Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
