Mission and objectivesThe United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism.

ContextThe communication material will be used to showcase UN Volunteers' efforts in Ukraine and neighboring countries on the third anniversary.

Task DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated online volunteer to assist with editing 15–20 short videos into 1–2 minute polished videos. The online volunteer's responsibilities will include: Combining and editing 20 video clips (each 20–30 seconds) into a single, clear, and engaging 60-90 second video. Removing unnecessary or repetitive content. Adjusting audio levels to ensure consistency and clarity. Adding background music that complements the video without overpowering the narration. Recording a brief introduction, explaining the purpose of the video. Writing and recording a closing voiceover that summarizes key points and encourages viewer interaction (e.g., like, comment, subscribe). Submitting the final edited video in a social media-friendly format (e.g., MP4, 1080p resolution).
