The position of Workplace Management Analyst is assigned to the Workplace Management and Hospitality Division (CSWH) within the Corporate Services Department (CSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff and Senior Officer.Your Role
As a Workplace Management Analyst you will, in compliance with internal controls and guidelines, coordinate activities for the safe, efficient and economic operation and maintenance of the ADB's engineering services, and activities associated with the Digital Technologies deployed, including Audio-Visual (AV) activities, Digital Media/Signage and Building Management Systems (BMS). You will provide strategic and sound recommendations and operational decisions resulting in a more helpful way of managing digital technologies and solutions, including the implementation of assigned technical upgrades projects.You will
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of Building Engineering Services including the Operations Centre. Verify data and analyze trends to improve operational energy efficiency and user comfort.
Qualifications
You will need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, audiovisual systems or related field, with relevant license (registered or professional). Experience in operation and maintenance of Building Engineering Services/Systems. At least 5 yearsโ experience handling digital technologies and solution including AV systems, IT hardware, software and integration and Building Maintenance Services (BMS), within a large organization. Sound knowledge and practical experience in digital technologies and solutions, including AV and IT equipment integration and operation and maintenance and installation requirements. Trained in Audio Visual system. Ability to proficiently able to analyze procedural, operations and strategic issues and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness in unit operations and services. Knowledge in national and industry workplace safety rules and regulations and the application of Energy, Environment Health and Safety Management System. Ability to liaise and work with teams within own work location and throughout ADB and able to work with teams as a constructive team member. Demonstrate ability to work with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds. Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
