BACKGROUND AND UNIT SUMMARY

The World Bank Group is advancing a critical phase of its Information Technology Solution Digital Transformation. (One that places skills, roles, and people at the center of how impact is delivered.) In partnership with Human Resources, the Information Technology Solutions Vice Presidency, is developing a skills assessment initiative to strengthen the alignment between business priorities, digital capabilities, and workforce development and readiness.ย 

We are seeking agile, detail-driven professionals to support the execution of this assessment lifecycle within the Client Services (HRDC4) team.

This role is essential to ensuring the process runs smoothly, consistently, and with care across a diverse, global IT community. It is well-suited for individuals who bring a service mindset, thrive in structured coordination work, and are comfortable operating in a multicultural, change-driven environmentโ€”balancing precision, responsiveness, and collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessment Cycle Coordinationย 
โ€ข Support scheduling, communications, and reminders for all assessment cycles.ย 
โ€ข Track completion rates and escalate non-completion issues to the Senior Administrator.ย 
โ€ข Coordinate logistics for any review sessions, Q&A sessions, and calibration meetings.ย 

User Support & Troubleshootingย 
โ€ข Provide frontline assistance for staff navigating the assessment tool.ย 
โ€ข Help resolve common access issues or missing data, escalating complex cases as needed.ย 
โ€ข Maintain any resource materials, user guides, FAQs, and simple training materials.ย 

Documentation, Workflow & Process Supportย 
โ€ข Keep process documents, checklists, and templates up to date.ย 
โ€ข Support quality checks by verifying data entry, role mappings, and assessment IDs.ย 
โ€ข Prepare simple reports or extracts as requested by the Senior Administrator.ย 

Data Tracking & Maintenanceย 
โ€ข Maintain spreadsheets or trackers related to participation, timelines, and issues.ย 
โ€ข Assist with data validation and preparing information for dashboards.

โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.ย

โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 
โ€ข Customer-service orientation and ability to support users calmly.
