The TeamThe Communications Division, led by the Chief Communications Officer (CCO), oversees the foundationโ€™s global communications strategy. The division brings together internal and external communications to advance the foundationโ€™s mission to create a more equitable world.

The Office of the CCO (OCCO) ensures resources are aligned against insights and strategic priorities. Your Role

As the Principal Officer supporting the Chief Communications Officer and the Director, Strategy Planning, and Management (SPM) & Chief of Staff (CoS), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and advancing the global Communications Divisionโ€™s new strategic vision. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CCO and Dir SPM & CoS, providing strategic oversight, thought partnership for key projects across the division. This includes creating critical new initiatives, such as the foundationโ€™s misinformation strategy, designing and running pilot programs for innovative communication approaches, and partnering with the Measurement & Insights team to assess progress on these efforts.
